Do NOT take the free router option, it's a ****!

The company will **** you into taking an internet package with a free router. You will never receive the router you ordered. When you complain they will give you run arounds and lie saying you cancelled the router. When you resort to cancelling you will be told that you have to pay a cancellation fee two time more that what you had been charged since you took a free router. The router which you never got.
