Do not switch to Afrihost

I decided to cancel my current subscription with Mweb, to move over to Afrihost. They could provide a cheaper contract, with a better fibre line. But I regretted it immediately. With the activation, there was a problem and I could not connect to the internet. This happened on a Thursday. We were heading into the weekend, and we're dependent on the internet for streaming and so on. Empty promises and so-called escalations, I had to wait till the next week. Eventually it was sorted, just to last a week. The internet just stopped working. Same issue, again on a Thursday. Heading into the weekend. I threatened to cancel, but they just ignore it. You can clearly see that they are trained on what to say, but not how to do the actual job. It's like automated responses, but with no actual human feeling involved. They just do not care about the inconvenience and frustration they have caused.
