Terrible customer service. There are multiple times Afrihost messes up the orders. You speak to different staff members each giving different and incorrect information on issues. We signed up and there was missing information and total lack of communication of what they say verses what happens.Same situation with the relocation and now a lack of communication on our upgrade request. The tech support on the phone say they, "cannot assist further further" and the support on the chats are too eager to close conversations them actually resolve anything or log tickets with the correct information. There are many times were Afrihost support members do not even correctly log the tickets or contact the correct area providers. Cannot wait to cancel.
