Do not order vuma through afrihost

I ordered a vuma Fibre line through afrihost, as I've been pretty happy with my service through Afrihost for years. To my surprise when following up on my order I was told that Afrihost has absolutely no idea how long it will take vuma to get in touch with me regarding my Fibre line. You are offering vumas services through afrihost therefore you are equally as responsible for this as well or why even offer a service through your company. Do better or get my money back so I can go find Fibre elsewhere. It's very nice for you to be fast in taking money from a client but no service delivery
