DO NOT GO WITH AFRIHOST!!!!!

I was looking for the zero rating button. I have left my previous internet service provider for Afrihost. Only with them for 6 days now. At 6 pm my fibre went down. Openserve is the line provider. I have had absolutely no way of getting in contact with Afrihost. The after hour Wattsapp is down due to a worldwide meeting (lol). Had a lady call me back Saturday morning at 8 which she had just come on duty. She found a fault on my line.said she would log the fault with Openserve. No one has called me. I have to then wait until Monday morning for assistance. Apparently have to wait on an available technician. We run a 24 hour/ 7 days a week business. Afrihost close their doors at 5 and you basically have to wait until Monday morning to get your line restored. Don’t give your money to Afrihost!!! No after sale service!!!! You must have internet to access their App. So basically no way of logging a fault with Afrihost with no internet connection. Zero rating !!!!!!
