Do not get DSL line through Afrihost

It is a much bigger problem to get a DSL line through Afrihost. I think it is just easier and less painful at telkom directly. I ordered the line, thinking that dealing with Afrihost will be easier than dealing with telkom. When the technician installed the telephone line, he told me it should not take more than 3 days if there is a port available. After 10 days The technician allocated a port for dsl acces. And if I chat to afrihost they keep saying, they can only complain or request an update after 31 days when the SLA has been breached? So honestly What is the point of getting a line with Afrihost. i am regretting doing this already and I do not even have a DSL line! I have had more information from telkom than from Afrihost, and they keep sticking to the fact that their terms says it takes 14-31 days which is ridiculous.
