DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

I signed up for Fibre at my home. Included in the deal was installation costs and Free router. I then got billed for free router. After numerous calls, I finally got this credited to my account. However they would not send Router until I verified my account. This I could not get done as I had no payment made to them till this date. After numerous call I finally got this resolved however still waiting for router.

I had Fibre installed at my house 6 days ago.. However even after registering, and being debited for the service, and multiple calls to call center I still have no internet. Average call center wait duration is approximately 30 - 60 minutes! Their slogan is "Pure internet Joy" - it should rather be "Pure internet HELL!" DO NOT USE and Avoid this company. They are not equipped to handle customer volumes at all..
