Do Not Atrempt Using Afrihost As Internet Provider

Afrihost Telecommunications South Africa, whom I thought was reliable, is a ****. It was so heartbreaking for me to find out that the last of my money was debited from my account after I canceled my services with them. They found some loop hope to retain their service with me, after the reasons I canceled in the first place was that I couldn't afford them. I DIDN'T CONSENT for them to retain, apparently they called, no proof I answered, they sent emails, no record I answered those emails. Now they won't give me a refund and refuse to make an immediate cancelation for a router and internet I'm not using. WOW Afrihost, way to **** people into keeping business.
