Dissatisfied with the service

I app**** to have fibre installed at my premises on the 26th April and to date there’s no connection. I’ve been calling Afrihost and no one is willing to assist when I ask them to come and take their vuma equipment they charge me cancellation fee for something that never worked in the first place. The consultant don even know what they are doing… I regret ever approaching Afrihost. I should have gone for rain 😔
