Dissatisfied

I signed up with Afrihost 10/07/2025 and today it's the 21/07/2025.

I am still not connected, I followed up with them 13th July, and they asked for numbers on my router. I sent it immediately. They following day I had to follow up I spoke to Lesego who informed me they got what they needed from me. And it will take 24 to 48 hrs for me to be connected and at that time it was 12hrs already.

I then called again the Wednesday and the person I spoke to they are waiting on open serve. They could not answer when I asked what they waiting on.

I then called on Friday, same thing happened it's the 21st of July today 11 days later and no connection. How is that normal?
