Dissatisfied

I've been experiencing persistent WiFi buffering issues, rendering my internet connection unusable. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance from Afrihost, I've been met with frustration and disappointment.

The customer support team has been unhelpful, insisting that they "see nothing wrong" with my connection, despite my clear descriptions of the issue. When I requested a site visit to investigate the problem, I was told that it's not possible.

As a paying customer, I expect reliable service and adequate support. Afrihost has fallen short of these expectations. Their unwillingness to investigate and resolve the issue has left me feeling ignored and undervalued.
