Dissapointing service

Saddened today by the incompetence of Afrihost Frontline support. I called at 9.50a.m. For a loose terminal which affected my internet. I followed up at 2.39 p.m. Finally calling Octotel myself. They have not received my request on their system. Only Tumi assisted me after I waited in a long queue. I the. Called Octotel back armed with my ticket number only to be confronted by a voice message advising their business hours run to 5p.m. And thank me for my call at 4.30p.m. And ends my call. How dissapointing.
