Disrespectful consultants

I've been trying to fix my connection since Thursday, however on Friday I learned that my payment did not go through and did an immediate payment via credit card.

After contacting their customer care, the first consultant told me everything is fine and he will report the fault.

The second consultant told me that I don't have a line with afrihost and then cut me off.

Poor service
