Disorganisation deluxe

In November I originally signed up for fibre connection with Openserve, but I was advised, wrongly or correctly, to rather sign up with Afrihost. When I contacted Afrihost, before 20th November, I was told the following: “Although Afrihost work through Openserve in Riebeek Kasteel, it will be far better to deal via Afrihost, because they will ensure that Openserve give us great service”. So, I signed up with Afrihost. But here we are, 10 weeks later without any service from Afrihost. I have just cancelled my order.
