Dismal service

<p>It seems their call centre is permanently dealing with high volumes (go figures though..). This is such a pain as you have to wait 15+ min, to then talk to a person that doesnt have any new info, but just escalates your problem. Then wait another day or two where nothing happens, and repeat this process again.</p>
