Dishonesty by Afrihost

So I sign up for a fixed wireless data product from Afrihost...when signing up it states that the payment today is R0 and then from next month the payment is R299. Then Afrihost sends an email stating that my account will be debited today with R163.97 for pro rata data. Then I call in and the customer service rep tells me he is sorry but he can't do anything about it. How can they say that the payment is only from next month then charge you this month??? That is extremely dishonest!!!!!!!
