Dishonest

I cant even begin with my frustration. if they cant delivery a sim card just say that. Each time they tell me my selfie and id is blurry. i cant take more pictures of myself and get my id and a paper to not be blurry. I have paid for my card to be replaced and they keep me on hold i want my card I paid for.
