Absolutely disgusting service. Or lack thereof. I dealt with an absolutely shocking consultant named Puleng S who was not only was terrible at providing service, but thereafter continued to refuse to allow me to rate the service I received. Acknowledging that he is aware of how poor it was. I am absolutely horrified and shocked at this disgusting behaviour and this is left me seriously considering changing my Internet provider, due to their appalling disrespect and lack of customer care. If you are considering Internet providers, my honest, opinion is to stay far away from Afrihost as they simply do not care for their customers and worry more about double debiting your accounts.
