DISGUSTING SUPPORT SERVICE

If i could give a 0 star rating for their support team I would. I have been dealing with their support team to try update my account details as I have immigrated so obviously an OTP wont work. I sent through the requested information last week wednesday and have yet to hear a response. The fact that this is a large organisation and their community management is this poor, I honestly do not know how they are still going.
