Disgusting Servife

Went away unplugged all my devices, get back Friday to find we got no fibre, go on the app and see a note that says we have used all our data and that my account is in arrears, i check my bank statements and see the payment has been made, try getting hold of them no lucky, request a call back still waiting, go on whatsapp still waiting for them to answer me, this service is not acceptable and totally disgusting, will never recommended Afrihost to anyone
