Disgusting service, Shaped lines for capped data offerings on Fibre

I had Vumatel fibre installed in my area. After research I decided to choose Afrihost as ISP. Biggest mistake EVER. After Vumatel did Fibre installation, connection to Afrihost took weeks. Delivery of modem took months due to no stock. Calling the call centre took a MINIMUM of 45 minutes waiting time to even get phone answered - and then agents could not deal with issue correctly. Finally after getting access - I found my capped 400Gb 20mb's line was shaped so I could not stream Showmax etc at anything over 3mbs. I streamed at 10mbs on LTE with no issues on same device. After logging numerous calls and getting the same questions and no solution I gave up and moved to Cool Ideas.. Worst service provider I have EVER dealt with.. Steer clear!!
