Disgusting Service!!! Please Do Not use Afrihost!!!

I have not had internet connection for 3 days now! I work from home and not having internet to what I am required to do is making me lose money!

I have tried on so many occasions to get help from afrihost and not a single soul could help me.

They keep telling me that it's being escalated...what exactly is being escalated?????!!! When I still don't have internet.

This is unacceptable.

When they bill you at the end of the month they charge you the full subscription!

Guys please do not get afrihost, they prices look good but you get what you pay for! All 83 units in my complex is now canceling their subscription cause they ate forever down!!!
