Disgusting service from staff

Absolutely horrible service from Afrihost. I have had no internet connection on my router since Thursday and I have contacted them on EVERY platform- phone, WhatsApp, online chat and even email and I have not been helped!every person o speak is rude and not very helpful I am fed up!

I have paid for a service that I am not receiving and I am at my wit's end!
