Disgusting service from Afrihost

Service from Afrihost is SHOCKING! Our Church supposedly has a VOIP through Afrihost - I say supposedly because it hardly ever works. When one phones the call centre one has to cope with *********** staff and to try to get a technician to come out to sort out the problem - well, think again. This has been ongoing since 18 September. We are paying fir a servicecwe are mot getting.
