Disgusting service from Afrihost

I am absolutely shocked with the service from Afrihost for the fibre connection I had purchased. I was so appalled that I decided to move to another provider. A cancellation fee was charged but it was never communicated to me that his would apply. The fee is apparently for installation and the device which was stipulated upfront as a free service. Why should a customer be held responsible for shocking service???
