Disgusting service

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at the service i got from Afrihost. From last saturday I haven’t had connection, i have been calling back and forth and was getting different stories all the time. I was finally able to diagnose to issue( the sim was not working anymore). I ordered a replacement simcard, i got an email that a debit order of R0 was only to be done when my banking details are verified( afrihost has been charging me from this account ever since!), they keep sending me emails that they have sent R1 into my account with a unique code, been checking my bank statement, there’s nothing, i even email my full bank statement to them, still they couldn’t locate it! My simcard, with 31gig is held up for a debit of R0! I am very disgusted and want my data for the month of jan to be carried over to feb!
