DISGUSTING SERVICE

After bragging about them for a year I've recently moved house and they fail miserably. You wait for ages to get hold of an agent. Get cut off, promises made but no service. I've just spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get an installation booked after at least 6/7 previous calls. Waited 20 minutes for an agent, when he answered he put me on hold and after 5 minutes holding cut me off. I called back, waited 19 minutes for an agent, she's put me on hold for 9 minutes and counting. What a disappointment. Pathetic.
