DISGUSTING SERVICE

Been a client of Afrihost, email hosting just for now after moving most of our services away. The past few months have been a nightmare; their servers have been dropping almost daily. Sadly, when you call in, the support staff are not even aware of the servers being down. and you sit on the call for several minutes whilst they test. However, the biggest shock today was when I was asked to send an email to "***" to kindly move me to a reliable server as the one I'm currently on is not reliable. I asked the support guy if he was for real and he said "YES" Well, I have never in my life ... and the best part, only the senior support can perform this move, so an email has to be sent. I asked the tech if this call is recorded and did you just say I'm on an unreliable server and his reply was "YES". Well, we are paying GIAN for a very unreliable server, and he is quick to take off our monthly very reliable debit order for a very unreliable service.
