Disgusting service

I had payment issues due to having had to get new bank card and couldn't link my vumatel account to my card. Asked how to pay and was told I can pay via easypay which I did 3rd May and on 4th May my service was suspended and still to date not been reconnected and nobody is come back to me to confirm payment or anything. I do not recommend using this ISP or even Vumatel for that matter
