Disgusting Service

If I could rate 0 stars I would. It has been a month since I have placed my fiber order with Afrihost and Vumatel. They seem to be running into every issue possible and I have gotten countless "wait 72 hours" responses. I have had to contact Afrihost and Vumatel on a daily basis with no results. Today to only find out that our ONT is broken (which I told them weeks ago) but now its another 72 hour wait. I have been stuck without internet now for well over a month with no success. For a long term Afrihost customer, this is disgusting. I expected better.
