Disgusting service

This service provided is a *******. They take your money and when their are issues and you are left with no wifi for days on end they will tell you how there is nothing that they can do and blame it on metrofibre which is also another bad service provider. Like what nonsense is that, you telling me about another service provider when they should be the one fighting escalating these matters with metrofibre but nothing, infact they give you the numbers to call and escalate where as you are paying them not metrofibre. Disgusting and ****ty
