Disgusting service

I am once again absolutely upset with the service provided I work from home and my fibre line is absolutely terrible to times where I am unable to work Most of the time I don't have internet. Or the internet is not stable Every time I contact afrihost They want me to do numerous tests but the issue is never resolved I am customer of afrihost for many years and the service is pathetic For the last month I am struggling with the internet and still no tech to check my fibre line
