Disgusting service

Hi

My name is Mogamat Satardien, I have ordered my potential fibre connection with Afrihost a month ago and paid my R399.00 Now all I had to do was wait right? Guess what I'm still waiting for assistance, between afrihost and vumatel no one is taking ownership of my query, and I actually feel ****** and not valued as a potential client.. a bad start already to something that ibdont have yet, but you guys have my money...

After numerous times on my side to contact afrihost and vumatel everyone is just giving me the run around and no solution...

Firstly my order was messed up, I was asked for proof of resistance and the order is apparently for some other house number.

Someone From Vumatel installation called me yesterday his name was George promised me that he will call me back in 5 minutes but guess what Geoge still has not called me.

Now I'm left in the dark once again at the level of service that I have been getting..

I am very unhappy about the way my order has been treated. I cannot be spending money on calls every day trying to get some answers and failing at it..We have since requested a refund and guess what no help with that either...I will not recommend anyone to go with these people in fact anything but...Web Africa is the....I am completely disgusted by the service
