Disgusting Service

There is nothing joyous about Afrihost & Vamatel.

I have been waiting for fibre 6 months. After numerous calls, logging of tickets,hours spent on the phone with *********** call centre agents, being fed with misinformation, taking off time from work for installation 4 times, I have had finally had enough.

Good luck trying to find a manager to escalate anything to... I would not recommend these brands to anyone!

What a nightmare. New sign-ups, think twice before you sign-up for a six month nightmare. Stay away for your own sanity!
