Disgusting service

I have once again received a threatening e-mail regarding my account with this company.<br> On the 30 November I first received an e-mail saying that my account was overdue. This was false as the account is and has always been due on the first of the month. <br> The account was PAID on the 30th November and PROOF OF PAYMENT WAS SENT TO THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT<br> Today they state that I haven't provided proof of payment and that this is the reason why they will suspend my account.<br> I think this company needs to be taken to the consumer Council as they refuse to allow their managers to come to the phone and seem to think that they can threaten and demand without getting their facts correct.<br> dI have asked for proof of the so called contract showing where I have signed without success.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
