Disgusting service: 2 days no internet

The most disgusting service ever, two days with no internet and have to follow up on them each time, as is I work from home and have lost thousands of dollars because of no internet, they are quick to sign you up and request for payments but after service is disgusting I have spent 300 rand in one days calling to get feedback but they have still not helped Query number ZDT-***3; ZNT 50386B0B1; ISP 680866
