Disgusting service

Disgusting service taking money from me but switching off my line for 4 days already.They send out tech that says they cant fix it call in.You chat and call them everyday and nothing.They ***** people money that all they do.It the festive season and my fibre is down ,what a ****ing joke.Kids are home with No!!!!!!!! Fibre.
