Disgusting Service

Hi there, would like to lay a formal complaint against your tech support agent Dikeledi M. cuts the conversation on whatsapp, doesn't appear to know what his doing regarding assisting me and makes no effort to fix the issue which was not something I did, router was sent to me with sim etc installed and I get told that the incorrect router/sim is together, not possible?!
