Disgusting performance and customer service

I have absolutely abysmal service and performance. For the entire month of April, my service has been 4% of what I paid for. I have had one support ticket for over 50 days and no resolution. I am cancelling my account because I am tired of trash tier performance and service. Absolutely shameful
