Disgusting (no) Service

Hi.

I need urgent assistance and it seems that not one of the methods that are available to contact you, works. I am sitting with domains that are not rendering the sites, I am also sitting with parked domains that were supposed to be pointed to my server. I emailed the requests, it has now been 24 hours and I have no feedback and the websites now do not appear to work as the data is now removed. You need to restore the data to those domains and point it to my reseller server. I don’t think Afrihost should be doing any hosting anymore. Obviously you are more focussed on fibre. Rather be brave enough to admit you are not focussed on hosting anymore.

I have now sent emails, messages, chats, whatsapps, I have phones. If you are not interested in dealing with clients please close your company. This is absolutely disgusting. You know companies are open during weekends and need to access their site and emails, yet you sabotage my business by not bothering to respond.

I am running a business and losing clients because of you. I suggest either you assist me or move all my clients over to another provider free of charge. I also expect you to refund me of any payments that I will have to pay double during the moving process as you can clearly not supply a service you charge me for.
