DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

AFRIHOST IS NOT WORTH ANY MONEY!!! I've been without Internet for 9 days now.

Everytime I call or log a query, I get told to unplug even after I've told their agents there is an issue with the ONT box as the Pon light keeps flashing. The one call centre agen had the audacity to tell me I must have loadshedding, how would the box be even on if I had loadshedding. On top of that I live in a no loadshedding area.

Their technical assistance clearly doesn't know anything beyond unplugging and setting up a router to solve issues.

Don't even consider this ISP when looking to get fibre. You will be frustrated because of shoddy customer service
