Disgusting business

I am without internet for a week now. I registered many tickets on a daily basis and i was told its a fibre outage. All of a sudden today it is my router and it must be upgraded. Their problem suddenly changed to my problem. And all they can say is sorry. Never go Afrihost. Waste of time and money
