Disgusting and unprofessional service

Service received is absolutely atrocious. I requested fibre last week, the 09th June, tried to follow up this morning with @Afrihost as it has been over a week already and I was told that it will be subcontracted to Vuma Tel, called Vuma Tel and was told that they currently merging with SADV and I should contact them, SADV says they are unaware. Mind you the payment was debited last week yet no one seems to know what is going on. Completely unacceptable, would have thought Afrihost was way more professional than this. Why should I have to follow up with numerous service providers yet I signed up with you @Afrihost? Can I get a resolution to this matter ASAP!
