Disgusted with the service received from Afrihost

I am disgusted with the service received from Afrihost.

I switched from another service provider to Afrihost, I made the arrangements well before time and they assured me everything is in place for the date of handover, since this date, I have been without wifi. I have to travel to the office in order to work and there is no TV for the kids to watch.

Furthermore, they are attempting to debit my account with more then the agreed amount.

I have spent the whole day, on the phone with various consultants, but no one appears to take accountability or understand this simple matter in order to assist.

In my opinion, I also found their consultants to be rude, lacking empathy.

I am still waiting for Lufani from Afrihost to call me back, but I'm not surprised at all that he hasn't.

This is just the starting of my journey with Afrihost, I'm already regretting making this decision
