Disgusted with Afrihost Team

I esculated a case with Afrihost support on the 12 of April regarding my CM4Sitebuilder. I spoke with Keenan via live chat and he was rude as hell. I told him i wasn't able to log into my CM4Sitebuilder so i could add a new image. He said he tried fixing it but he had no luck. So he opened a support ticket to the Dev team. The following day my entire website was wiped out and still today i sit with no website at all thanks to their so called Dev Team. I keep having to complain to Afrihost support but nothing gets done about their own ****** ups to my web page. I've spoken to Ryan S twice now over the phone about this matter and yet he still keeps me hanging as to what the problem is or as to why they can't just restore my website to an earlier stage from a backup. Now when i log into my ClientZone and i go to support, i see they've deleted my support ticket which was opened on the 12th of April. Clearly you running from problems you've created to my website. If this matter is not fixed in the next 24hours, you will be hearing from my attorneys next. In future i shall not recommend your silly ISP to anyone i know or to who i may speak to. Totally Disgusted with the shocking service.
