Disgusted with Afrihost

Afrihost is the most *********** and unprofessional company I've had the misfortune of dealing with! They host my business website. I've had major technical issues and called them a number of times. 3 technical consultants have been unable to fix the issue, don't follow up and are totally dismissive when I contact them! I've asked repeatedly in the last 2 week for a Senior Manager to call me. They keep trying to fob me off with more *********** consultants. Clearly Management takes no pride in their service, condones these poor levels of "service" and does not give a continental about irate customers or customer retention! I am thoroughly disgusted!
