Disgusted by Afrihost and Vumatel

I am horrified by the sheer incompetence of Afrihost. We are sitting on day 10 of what was meant to be a simple line migration. No one seems to know what the problem is, we've reset the router, reset the ONT, installed a new ONT, app**** for someone to release the line, spoken to 15 different people across three different companies, app**** for the line to be provisioned twice and I still don't have any internet. It's honestly mind boggling how little these companies care about their clients. I've recommended Afrihost on multiple occasions because in the past I have always experienced good customer service, this entire experience has completely changed my mind.
