Disgusted and disappointed

Worst customer service and service delivery ever. Been a client with them for quite some time. Since the 24th of August 2022 I am not able to use my Fixed LTE which is was paid in advance. Contacted them numerous times and they never come back with answers. You want feedback then you have to submit a call back every agent i have spoken to this past month promises to get back with an answer but no one ever does. Won't recommend them to anyone.
