DISGUSTED
6 days with no internet and I work remotely. And USA hours. So this is absolutely pathetic service. I cannot even begin to describe how frustrated and fed up I am I actually feel like crying. There's no support and customer service here

11 Apr 2026, 08:5611 days now. Pathetic service, useless employees. Cant wait to be with Vox again. Never had issues there for many years. If connection was down, it would be restored within 1 day or two. Afrihost takes weeks with zero follow up. You must call them to find out why you're still not connected. And all they say is they're waiting for feedback. It's a joke at this point. How embarrassing. I'd be embarrassed to work at Afrihost
