Disgracefull service from Afrihost

What a nightmare with Afrihost. The Fibre line is said to be installed and operational at my home, yet no Vumatel Employee was there to do the installation. Support personnel at Afrihost are unable or unwilling to help. Can't get through to a manager or supervisor as they are apparently working from home. What a disgraceful and appalling service
